Thank you. I’m trying now to stay connected.

I’ve been exited from a service as it was shorter term (6 months) and they have a waiting list. The service is supposed to be long term but Government have failed to supply 70 such services with only roughly 6 at present for all Victoria. They’ve referred me to another service which I’m not too sure is going to be that helpful. I’m sick of being shoved from one place to another where I can’t access the type of support I actually need at the moment. All this shoving about just doesn’t work for proper recovery. I’m sick of going over the same things with a new service too and all it does is make my complex PTSD worse.

I wish I wasn’t poor and could access private support. I feel like I’ve got no chance no matter that I’m trying hard and engage with supporys when made available. Life can be so unfair.

@PeppyPatti I’m so sorry he yells at you and isnt loving and supportive as he should be. It’s a form of family violence and no woman deserves it. I’m so glad you don’t live with him.

Yes it is hard many of us don’t like ourselves. Such a big burden to carry isnt it.

I personally think you’re amazing, talented and so witty! I love you heaps because you’re such a good soul. You are caring and empathetic and even try to help people.

I just wanted to say that you don’t deserve this awful family violence. Alcohol is no excuse for him and he absolutely needs to stop drinking permanently.

I can see how much this is affecting you and I’m just so upset that he’s doing this to you.

I know it’s hard to leave and no judgement whatsoever. I’m very proud of how you are sticking up for yourself.

Aww @PeppyPatti you can never have too much empathy, I think you just have a beautiful heart ❤️. Seeing the participants fall and witnessing their pain would be very distressing and what you feel is only a natural response to a horrible accident. I can only imagine it would be very hard to be waiting in so much pain for help, actually I do recall when I had my accident, the wait for a doctor to assess me in emergency was very painful, I went through 3 sets of ice packs before they saw me and ordered xrays of my terribly swollen feet

I'm a little behind in reading, but i just wanted to recognise your growth as part of being able to stand up for yourself. I read it is hard at the moment, so we really wanted to celebrate this step of achievement.
