Yes, we are all people. During my time here, that's one thing I've always aimed to do - to bring out the humanity that glues these forums together. These forums mean a lot to me and sets them apart from so many of the forums I've seen out there. It's like my family.

I recognise change is hard. Yet when one struggles/suffers, we all feel it.

I know everyone is doing their best, and that's why we are here.

I think i just finished the "first-coat" (not touch ups or second layer for patchy bits) of the paint by number just now. @Chasingsunsets @Cuddlebear @Flutterbug9 @MissGremlin @NightFury @Captain24 @Bow @creative_writer and others who like such things.

Might not be the right timing and happy to have this conversation another time, it does make me wonder if sane is still going to have PSWs on the forum and if this is going to be same rostered hours and same amount of psws per shift?
This place has been amazing (even though I am still new) and I am sure if we need to we can create a thread of all the positive and good things this forum is with PSWs.
Sometimes when decisions are made it’s “business only” not from the heart and not with emotion just business minded, maybe perhaps with ?no lived experience (don’t mean it in a bad way) or less understanding what it’s means to have psws here. Sorry if this is a lot and didn’t mean for it to potentially make things worse if this is what’s happening for you, I think when reading your post this is what it has brought up for me (been quietly thinking a lot about the direction of the forum re changes) and we would really like to support all your PSWs of course. 🫶

Thanks for the tag lovely @AlwaysMyself it was alright (not too bad) but having my support worker with me the whole time for today in the program makes it feel less anxiety-inducing, and I’d love to have her with me for every sessions that I attend.

i might have to meet/talk to other participants in the classroom at some point when the weeks go by throughout the program. So when I think about that now, I’m not sure how to feel about having to talk to them at some point lol
