Thank you @Chasingsunsets , the musical went really well! My friend got the best surprise and to be honest I was so mesmerised by the performance and happy my friend loved the show and had such a brilliant reaction to seeing us there that I didn't have too much time to fret, I was just super careful moving about and down any stairs, holding the hand rails and taking my time.

It was genuinely such a brilliant day and I felt like I was living again, I am proud of myself for tackling this initial fear/worry head on 💪

We finished up at a Japanese restaurant and had a set menu it was so delicious and filling, hopefully i sleep well tonight for work tomorrow 😅

pink is Punk on a pink jumper Where does the saying come from? @PeppyPattiAI tells me it's a statement that means pink can be bold, rebellious and powerful, pushing back against the old idea that pink is soft, weak or only 'girly' - very much in the punk spirit of defying rules and stereotypes. I used to hate the colour pink in my younger tom boy days but like it now at 64. I'm still much of a tom boy though!

I wanted to share this memory and pic with you, I hope it’s not to late as just have been able to get back onto the forums. A couple of years ago on a walk, we found some baby turtles late getting to the water’s edge. We helped them along and wished them well. Against the odds, their strength and determination shone through, they didn’t lose hope and made it to the water. Watching them first enter the water was such a heartwarming, hopeful moment that truly stayed with me ☀️

my therapist wrote me a message complaining I cancelled our last session. Then she raved on about my relationship so I feel attacked from earth. Everyone. I even forgot my GP appointment this morning. definitely attacked. One thing I love about myself is if my therapist ever says the ‘wrong’ thing or doesn’t pay attention I hold onto it !! In a good way but.
