The highlight to my day is a little hard to describe but I will give it a go. I was out today and saw someone who looked like someone I know of. The person had the feel of someone in high office. I went back in time and felt fifteen years younger when life was simpler, softer and felt nicer. The feeling is still lingering.

My highlight today has to be that I was driving earlier and was stopped at the red light and in the revision mirror I saw this guy having a little dance in his car 😂. I wondered what music he was listening too 😁. Gave me a chuckle though he was really enjoying what he was listening too hehe

I had to learn Spanish @Chasingsunsets for my PhD. I had to read stuff in Spanish and do interviews in Cuba. I have travelled to Spanish America many times. I did my studies and got an academic job before I had my first bipolar episode. I had late onset and diagnosis. I was 28. No doubt I had signs of it but my parents were too preoccupied with their own MI to notice. The only formal qualifications in Spanish I have are community classes and a certificate from the Uni of Havana. I should tutor beginners Spanish conversation to earn a bit of cash on the side. But I can’t get motivated.

I'm having another pity party tonight @Chasingsunsets , 😉 but I won't get into that! My party consists of de-caf coffee and cake. I'm just sitting on here, listening to music. I'm alright. How are you doing? 💛

My highlight today is cannot sleep! Sitting here sipping a beer at 12:30am is not my idea of fun. A bit scared using a sleeper because i got acid most of the day. Don't want to lay awake tired like anything on a sleeper but acid can do that.
