@Cuddlebear they are yes, i like peace and quiet though 🤣. I will try to rest in between them but I know it's going to take me a bit of time to wind down from today's one and then rest in preparation for tomorrows one. We'll get there, I'm glad I'll have support throughout it all 🙂.

@Cuddlebear i can see you also understand the direction to take! i found that love, forgiveness and binding up the wounds is the most important part and we should leave no stone unturned doing that where we hurt our life the most.

Wise not to dig deep now. First you need to find stability in the coming together out of your broken up reality and let the truth of who you are, when you love the truth of yourself and those around you again who they are. And not how seeing through the eyes of the bad life put into you.

In my journey i'm reaching the end of my journey of my powerlessness to take control of my life. For i learned to place love myself a loving person, back into the place where the loveless acts of my attackers had taken over, ruining my good life and turning my daily life into a living hell instead.

Yes Ren is greatest guy ever. i love his honesty and the frankness of his observations.

Yup it’s a good weather day for a walk. My friend has been prepping bolognese sauce for dinner tonight and a bit later we will venture out.

@Cuddlebear i do try to plan things cos I know how easy I get overwhelmed. Not currently on NDIS but I have a couple of friends that offer me support and help me with attending things 🙂.

its a new world having more than medical practitioners that are trauma informed to talk to and podcasts when at home isolating..

i have learned to understand that the times i suffered the pain of the evil loveless acts done to me. i can undone with love and compassion. For love, forgiveness, caring, and kindness turn all of such dirt in me into the very fertile ground my good life needed to be to regrow me anew.

My highlight was the climate on the roads when the world sleeps getting bike home safe, & no highway patrol.

Must of been good night for it coz Pooks burst into zoomies when I got inside too 😂

(I wouldn't put the bike against the little lion from 0-30);he's quick!
