Not sure I could go back to study, I should, I see the worth in it but just said I wouldn’t go back- so that mindset was the first mistake hehe (although was the push I had to have to get through at the time 😀)

Gym is good! Actually haven’t been in a bit had to cancel last session but yes the anxiety of new things or the fear of not doing something correctly has got me good over the years and definitely got worse. Dead lifts I won’t do with the traditional bar and weights on the ends but just give me a kettle bell in each hand and I’m fine, the trainer told me after it was the same exercise, she basically just changed the picture so that was interesting! The power of the mind hey.

I don't mind being called a friendly hippy chick @REDLINEZ750 It's what I am! 😁 It was 32 degrees here today, but the ocean breeze cools it down. My unit is brick and with the ceiling fans going, I had no need to go out today. It was beautiful! There looks to be a storm building up atm but I think it'll go around us. Does Pooky get a haircut in the summer months? I can't imagine you doing that, but I could be completely wrong. 😆 How's your day been, my friend?

It’s so much fun I get competitive 😅 and then feel the more I try to aim I worse 😂😂. The expo sounded good too!!

Ah I see re the decision of study, you feeling good about your decision? TAFE sounds good i wonder what you think you might look at learning there?

I had a long chat with a newish resident in the court. She has a gorgeous old English Sheep dog poodle cross. I got lots of slurpy licks. Gotta luv other people's dogs.
