Also, chair yoga sounds so therapeutic, I feel I need it too. My back is sore. I was moving a shelf today and hurt my back.

@tyme I’m about 75 o/o fluent in Spanish. The lessons are online I am trying to learn more words and improve my use of different verb tenses. It’s really good it speaks to you and you can speak back. I do it all on my Iphone.

I like the chair yoga and physio exercises they feel good. Should do some pilates to increase my strength (I’m a weakling), but not while my back and neck are sore.

It was great @tyme . Getting the potting mix out of the bag. Planting the cutting and watering it in. It is a self-watering pot so brought it in so it doesn’t get too saturated.

I'm glad you're here too, @tyme My highlight this morning was talking to my psychiatrist. I always look forward to talking to him. This afternoon was the SANE recovery group. I learnt to say I get to instead of I have to / should do, etc, and this evening I've been having a chat with a friend on the forum! I'm going to bed shortly, getting ready (sleeping) for a new day.

@tyme It has a bottom piece than fills up with water and a rope “wick” tgat sits in the potting mix that soaks moisture up from bottom. So you don’t have to water it much. But I think this one yas lost it’s wick so might have to water more. We’ll see. Is to go on a hook in the bathroom. Just got to check hook is secure enough to take the weight.
