@GezzaP I'm glad you got such a good sleep last night again and am feeling fine! I'm doing okay. I haven't got much going on today so I may go for a bit of a walk along the wall at the beach. That should take up 20 minutes! I've only got another nine and a half hours to fill! 😆 I might go to the Opp shop as well. I could spend two hours in there! Maybe a bit of an exaggeration! 😉

@heartathome It is going to be 24 and it’s sunny today. Still cold atm. I read paper. Supposed to pick up 2 parcels today and I need some cash, but my gardener/cleaner/handyman is running late today because he has a rooster that crows all night near his unit. Is trying to find where it is so he can complain to the council. It is disturbing his sleep. Can’t pick up parcels tomorrow because I’ll have tradies in my place unfortunately. I hate having tradies in the place. Yes go for a walk. I already went for my walk. Have a good day.

You are such a caring person towards me and others even when you feel unwell yourself. That really shows me that you are a beautiful soul and someone I am grateful to have as a friend here.

i just now blurted my suicidal feelings out to my psychiatrist’s secretary after I paid last bill. She gave me a decent chat pep talk on handling bullying socially, and booked an extra appointment to see him Friday. It will probably be the first time I go there with him in 8 years. I was so desperate to build credibility with the practice. She said I had credibility with them and not to be frightened of sharing my vulnerability with him. While dealing with my son’s ups and downs I really needed to steer a calm ship. So that is my highlight. I blurted and was heard.

iyou can buy pretty cool jump packs now for 4150 @Kashmina that fit in glovebox with usb ports and things on them that can take with yiou to next car as well and i always have anyway in autos cant clutch them might be better spend than one off on auto electrician that charge that an hr, yeah cool your mechanic honest wasnt sure if went to nearest one

I'm glad she heard you and booked you in for Friday! I think you've been hanging onto this for a while. I think vulnerability is a real strength! My psychiatrist wanted the same from me... to show my vulnerability. He's seen it now. I've bawled in his office on multiple occasions! It's easy to put on a mask when you're used to doing it. How is your son at the moment? No need to answer my many questions! I'm glad that you've got outside support as well! 💛
