Good ol' Google says you can add them raw to salads for extra crunch as well. I will have to look out for them next time I go shopping.

for me it starts from saying something then thinking it wont be understood coz i wear a different lens to most so go into explaining it then can even go into telling what lived experiance led to the personal opinion sometimes followed by an apology if i upset someone coz i dont ever mean to harm until harmed first.
