Training was quite good it was a pretty hard session with a different coach but I was satisfied with how I went and I had the exercise endorphins afterwards so was good on two counts.

It was a late afternoon training session so I was quite hungry and I just felt like chips so I heated up some frozen chips and onion bahjis and some cherry tomatoes in my toaster oven and I enjoyed it without worrying about the nutritional value of it.

Tonight after more exercise - went on a walk with a new group of people I had my chicken, sweet potato, asparagus, corn and pinenut fritatta I had made before with a bit of salad.

I am almost more busy now than when I worked, so I understand about the days off going quickly.

My highlight for today, is that I just won a 1oz Silver Bullion Coin. I am so grateful 💗 My daughter's inheritance is growing. This is not the sort of coin I would buy, but it will still fetch the same price as my other silver bullion coin. And I am very grateful for this coin.

It is a 2022 Valhalla Viking Round 1oz 999 Fine Silver Coin.
