My brother installed a new kitchen tap a couple of days ago and I love it! Lol, it's amazing how a simple tap replacement can change the look of the kitchen sink!

Hope Ginja is behaving himself, he really is a little bugger isn't he! I hope you're able to get him fixed soon.

@Chasingsunsets I have been told that my apple and cinnamon muffins are very good, in fact one of my former bosses, when called by a prospective employer, told them that I am really good at making muffins. I laughed when my new boss told me this and said I know exactly who you spoke to! I actually made that former boss a cake sized muffin and he was in awe! I said he had to share it with his son, he told me in no uncertain terms that was never happening!

I was with you in spirit, meanwhile trying to reconcile with myself that despite knowing my father will never be what I need him to be. He wasn't for 50 years of my life, why would he be now?

I would have taken a bullet for you and sat with the farty yappy shivering doggos in your place.

@GezzaP okay. I know nothing about iPhones except for the model I had overheated and broke in half. I never got another non Samsung phone again.

Good on you with the weeding, that's something I need to do. My back yard used to be weed free but I think my brother brought them in with the lawnmower.

My neighbour never mows her lawn and it's always been a weed pit. After spending a bit of money on my front lawn, we had a lovely yard, then the wind blew weeds over from next door and now it's full of bindi and other noxious weeds. I am going to get some weed and feed when I have some spare cash, and keep digging up the ones in the back yard.

Oh @PeppyPatti You said OMG and I'm worried that I said something inappropriate or something that triggered you! 🤔 I can't find our last conversation, and I can't remember it. In any case, thank you for sharing a part of your journey with me! I appreciate your honesty and openness! I'm glad that you're on the NDIS now! You deserve it!! You are definitely a trauma survivor!! I'm glad you find it liberating to say! What courage and strength you showed to see a therapist in the first place!! There still is so much stigma around it and mental health! I found being vulnerable was one of the hardest parts of therapy. That has become my inner strength - control to vulnerability and boundaries! I'm glad we've got someone to talk about our trauma/s with. Are you happy with your therapist? Please don't feel pressured to answer anything I ask. Maybe I ask to many questions. 🤔 I don't know how else I can get to know people. Sending warm hugs and much love 💛

I find gardening takes my mind off of everything else. It is a great distraction. @ENKELI And so satisfying when seeds germinate and some already have.

It was warm here today and mostly sunny. A bit of cloud cover now though. Hoping it doesn’t rain tomorrow as I want to walk to my chiro appt. Will stop at cafe for coffee and cake either before or after. Also might treat myself to take away for lunch tomorrow.

@GezzaP it started off cloudy here but the sun is out now so I am working on a floor plan of sorts for my plants. They are currently all together on the patio which looks good but I can't get to some of them to prune them.

I've hurt my shoulder too so I can't lift anything too heavy or pull any weeds which is a pain. I need to see a physio or chiro but can't afford it sadly.
