Hi @Cuddlebear and @heartathome I haven't been on the forums much so I'm a bit behind with what's going on. I hope you are both well.

@Cuddlebear I have also been on a hard to withdraw from medication and unfortunately it took a while for the withdrawal effects to disappear, but they did. So I wish you all the best for a quick recovery.

I had a highlight over the weekend - I went to a national sports comp and came back with a few medals. I was in a composite team with people from about 8 local clubs from around Australia so it was a great team effort. I was the only one from my club, but I had met many of the people in our team at other sports meets and also met some new people so it was a good weekend. Coming back to reality was not as nice, but I'm very grateful I had the opportunity to compete, meet some lovely people and a bonus to win some medals

I haven’t been able to get online for the past couple of days…I think it’s my wifi …it’s been on and off yesterday and not today it’s great to be able to log on.

I really want to relearn how to run but we are going to Tasmania and our friend has a property there and I’m going to relearn how to skip…….

Hi @PeppyPatti - skipping is very good exercise. Sometimes I have used it for fitness. Although haven't done so for a while.

Nice that you are going to Tasmania, I went last year for a sport thing and had about 10 days after o travel around - it was lovely. I hope you enjoy it

Its interesting how differently the phone camera colours it depending if it was zoomed in or not! It was the same sunset in both photos.

Hi @heartathome I won’t tell you what they were for because of maintaining privacy but my teams won 2 silvers and a gold. Still can’t believe it, but especially in the gold we really did well - we won by quite a bit.

I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to go and compete with such a wonderful team of people from around Australia

I was nervous as I was the only one from my local club, although I’d met many people at sport comps before, but met many new people. I was absolutely exhausted afterwards, but so glad I could do it.
