@REDLINEZ750 I didn’t like one of the companies that gave me quotes on solar - he was too pushy. Went with another quote. Being done in January.

I’m hoping I continue to sleep better. Will take extra meds tonight.

call me anything except late for dinner @Bunniekins yeah i kinda miss central coast and i read they going dredge the sand bar at entrance so lake will be less stagnant altough its still beautiful spot see sunset and rise as is.

i keep thinking @heartathome is on central coast unless you both are im getting confusaed which is also highly explainable haha

@REDLINEZ750 Red i used to have a yamaha which i called baby blue. my kids called it that too and then my ex sold it on me! yes the sunrises and sunsets are beautiful.

my bike i call Seq and she is equally capable of getting me out of the dilemmas she gets me into which has had the makings of a good understanding between us both 😉

@REDLINEZ750 I don't go in the ocean either. That's ever since I was 19 and a shark 🦈 swam between my friend and I. I might paddle my feet along the sore, but that's it.

@GezzaP my physio does dry needling on my back. To me it looks like acupuncture, so not sure if there is a different. But I find it works really well at releasing the tightness in my muscles.

I am glad it worked well for you. My muscles are so tight that a simple massage is too painful for me.

I had dry needling at physio but this chinese acupuncture and massage seems to have worked better especially on my lower back and neck. Upper back still aches. Think I’lll go back. @Mustang67

last such event i turned up at home with a 6 foot gum sapling stuck to bike that my front right fork had snapped off thats now dried up but intact as an ornament in my room.

that one took a few seconds to get past not split seconds, i still dont know why the mountain let me go that night it had me dead to rightsbut everyday that dried up gumtree that i just looked at now reminds me when its my time i will probably be sitting on a public loo
