@TAB correct it does have bigger gains. But since I can't work, I can't afford gold these days, so I buy 1oz coins or bars when I can afford it.

@Bunniekins I was on another thread a couple of times. Got mental health care plan from my GP this morning. So I can get rebate to see psychologist. Came home had lunch was starving.

Managed to get 6 1/2 hours broken sleep last night and this morning before GP appt.

Had to send a photo of power bill to solar battery installer - I’m getting quotes to see if it’s worth the up front cost.

It is a lovely sunny day here but we had a shower early this morning. Sowed some globe artichoke seeds. Watered pots. Had a coffee. Now relaxing. Psychiatrist due to call at 4.45pm a terrible time for me as I get so tired in the late afternoon and I’ll be getting hungry by then.

Oh well done you! @ENKELI I’m hopeless with technology. It was one of the things I hated about working at a uni - they changed the programs every year. You’d just get used to something and they’d change it. I hate it when I have to use my computer. A friend persuaded me to get an apple whereas I have used windows all my life and I can barely use it. I dread having to use it. Mostly use my phone.

Having someone you love going through hard times is hard on ourselves and its worse when unable to help them.

i dont think you are complaining at all @heartathome, you are being truthful in a place that you feel is safe to do where your supported not judged and i think i speak for more than myself in saying so 😊

i think most 5yr olds are of the impression adults exist to provide them with money or gaming consoles hahaha.

sorry to hear your son and furbaby are doing it hard i hope things get better for them and for you

@GezzaP hey GezzaP wow you have had a busy day! good to hear you are doing okay x. i slept badly last night woke up feeling " a bit ratty " but improved throughout the day. went to fitness trainer with daughter. came home made beef strogonoff for lunch and then had a nap. woke up and eldest son came over for a coffee and to pick up more of his stuff 🙂 .

might wtch abc tonight there is a show on about the twin towers called something like "i was there" dont think there is much else on.
