@Chasingsunsets yes it is great for walking here with the gully and also the beach nearby.
I often see lorikeets in the street. The birds and koalas come down from the gully to my place. I have a run off creek bed over my back fence that gets water in it if we have heavy rain. Unfortunately there are snakes as well. I have seen 2 brown snakes. I also have two resident blue tongues. I found lizard eggs once and they hatched. Get skinks and geckos as well as lots of spiders - have to watch out for red back spiders.

I really like gardening but can only do it for up to two hours when my back is playing up. Did a couple of hours yesterday. I will do a couple of hours of weeding over next few days and I need to water the seeds that I planted as well as some of the pots if we don’t get any significant rain.

Go to chiro this morning. I will walk because it is good to keep moving even though it hurts. Afterwards I will treat myself to coffee and cake at a cafe nearby.

Trying Chinese acupuncture for first time on Thursday morning.
Busy week for me this week. Lots of medical appts.

@Chasingsunsets I love my garden but need help with it these days. I have to pay a gardener/cleaner to come every so often now. The garden is very big and I hate housework.

The soup was yummy and I’ve got lots left over.

i woke up early again but managed to go back to sleep for a couple of hours hooray. Nearly 6 hours sleep. Feel good. Having coffee and cake before chiro appt. Went to supermarket already. Back is good today.

@Bunniekins Chiro gave me a headache when he cracked my back and neck walk home was much harder than walk there. Got heat pad on my neck. Maybe I need to eat. Will put soup on to heat and do my physio exercises while I wait for it to heat.

Got some more gardening to do this afternoon.

Also need to organise quotes for some painting I need done. Already organised to get some roller shutters and getting quotes for solar battery. If I get all these jobs done now I’ll need to withdraw some super. Home maintenance is expensive.
