@avant-garde I'm on HRT but I don't think it's actually working so thanks for the suggestion. When I was younger and prior to depression diagnosis I would got through heck and beyond once a month. I never saw a doctor about it because I never put 2 and 2 together until I was older and put on anti depressants.

Wow, singing by choice, that is awesome. I have never been game enough to sing out loud in church. Well done!

@avant-garde it's so refreshing to hear you say you know you have a beautiful voice. I have some friends in church who are beautiful singers but are too concerned with what others think. I know I can't sing lol! I can hold a tune but singing for me is something I prefer to do at home. One day I will be checking YouTube out and I'll hear you I'm sure 😍

I will likely never be on YouTube, far too public and would put me in A LOT of danger.

That and anyone who cares about me would be less than friendly if the videos taken tonight went anywhere on the internet.

I have no ulterior motive and given what you've been through I understand that you may feel suspicious about someone taking an interest in you. I'll answer in detail later, getting sleepy now.

@avant-garde like @EzW said, sharing experiences draws us nearer and right now while I am still healing after the awful experience of my ex friend, I feel more comfortable being able to bare my soul in anonymity until I feel like I can trust people in real life again.

You are a sweet and kind person who has had a tough time, you remind me of another young woman who I am friends with and engaging with you makes me feel wanted.

I don't have any Christian friends that I engage with regularly except you and a couple of others here on Sane and I miss being able to talk to others about faith.

I trust my gut, and it tells me you are good people 😍

I remember when you weren't convinced I was Christian, I'm glad to hear that you're convinced now.

I value you a lot and we both know my faith journey is a battle but I like coming on here and getting all these different perspectives from different denominations to then see where I sit with them rather than just the very conservative views of my own denomination.

I think there are blessings in every Christian and every faith journey has something to add to my own.

You are proof to me that we are friends not just virtually here, but united in the God that saved us, even when we disagree
