She was my world and I was very blessed to speak at her funeral, much to my aunt's disgust.

But her passing made way for my safety, 2 months after she passed I went no contact with my entire family. She was the only reason I held on.

My family didn't see the point in remembering her even with a small plaque at the cemetery so when I got my redress it was the first thing I did and my family know nothing about it.

I went and visited it last week, it's like our spot that no one knows exists where I can value, cherish and miss her without fear of anyone turning up.

@avant-garde I'm sorry your family has turned against you. I don't understand adults who do that. I'm glad you get to spend time at a special spot just for you. Your family are missing out and it sounds like your grandmother was the only one who could see your beauty.

I wasn't able to speak at my grandmothers' funeral, though I would have liked to. I'm pleased you got to speak at your grandmothers' service.

anyperson that is mean to another ofr forceful in anyway like you experienced @avant-garde is not a christian.

christianity is not even a religion its a choice to live in his image religion is something gesigned by man to control others.

what was said to you is rubbish there are warnings of false prophets, for what its worth that so called man of god and every person that listens to his bs will not be recognised after rupture. did that upset or offend someone? you must choose to be told rather than learn yourself.

denominations that want to say things like that sadden me, so many confused souls will not understand why the door stays closed and its too late.

i identify as born again and dont have to have my nose in Christs word long to show where works do not bring salvation.

where we are all warned to discern the truth of salvation through jesus so we are not turned away and un recognised by god,

i was taught to challenge everything by checking the bible and its an eye opener how many in the pulpit speak what they believe not whats written.

truth is jesus loves you no matter what youve done if you accept him with open heart and declare it with open mouth see you in heaven.

cant half ass your faith though its known if you try.

i would of asked that liar to show me where that was written if overheard, your poetry says you have been lied to manipulated and hurt enough.

to be told what you were, the feelings that would of inflicted taught your punished when your loved i had to pipe up with some truth for you.
