The recent medication changes has calmed my brain down. I’m still feeling caged up, I know my psych is looking at more frequent therapy sessions if we can get more under ED plan. Once a month sessions aren’t enough. It just feels like the traumatic memories aren’t ending, I’ve been in therapy for years. It’s taking so long to heal. I just want to get to the point the body flashbacks aren’t so regular

I’m hood @AuntGlow . Did a bit of gardening, picked up a cactus for just $6 and then read a gardening and dozed. Went to bed very early. Awake early as usual. Received more seeds in the post so I’ll be gardening again today. It’s supposed to be sunny today.

Awake early as usual. But I like to get up early. Will check Facebook then do Spanish and physio exercises.

@creative_writer I planted some seeds. Made pannacotta slice for lunch and hsve leftovers. Picked up plant from neighbouring suburb and potted it up. Now reading my novel.

novel, but it is about Afghani refugees. One has disappeared. It’s good. Enjoying it got a huge pile of books to read. One more in English, the rest in Spanish.

I wonder if there's a way you can slowly (and safely) allow yourself to unmask when you're on your own?
