Re: Hi

well…. @0ddsidian has helped me realise that sometimes when I poke the bear but am otherwise calm its possibly a way of like trying to engage my brain in an activity
Or is that just regular boredom and I’m an asshole

Re: Hi

Hey @ArraDreaming , I’m around here and there. I’m doing some other work but I’m checking in once every so often. Thanks for asking. What’s happening?

my nephew declared today that when he grows up, he wants to be a gardener but doesn’t know how because he’s ’scared of soil’. He doesn’t like mud and getting dirty lol. He was so innocent. A( gardener?

Our 7yo has taught the 4yo to say

wah wah wah and rub his eyes like he is crying whenever they or someone else says they dont like something, like full blown sarcasm now they both do it

the oldest kid wants to convince us he can be trusted to stay up all night as long as he likes… I said definitely no. @tyme

Re: Hi

I mean, you only learnt about understimulation like... yesterday? So that's pretty reasonable, @ArraDreaming 😊

I know you spend time outside for work, but does being outside help you when you're overstimulated? Or understimulated? It helps me.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but do you think that the time it takes for you to recognise / spot these things is getting shorter? I mean, sure you might still not recognise it until afterwards but it seems like you're heading in the right direction.

Really glad that I can help, mate.
