How is everyone going

This isn't a FULL list @ArraDreaming , but it can give a few ideas of the differences between being overstimulated vs understimulated. Everyone can be both, but people with ADHD, Autism, trauma and other stuff can be more sensitive. It's common to fluctuate between being overstimulated and understimulated pretty quickly.
What is looks like for me...
Overstimulated: Getting anxious or irritable. Bright lights, loud sounds, weird sensations on my skin and hot temperatures really make me irritable when I'm overstimulated. I also find it super hard to have conversations or be around other people when I'm overstimulated.
Understimulated: I get sleepy or spacey, and can't focus. I'll be eating a lot of snacks, usually fidgeting with something, scrolling on my phone, impulse buying things, biting the inside of my cheek etc.
