It's very interesting. I like that Rachel suggested that Government needs to have a system that is then embedded in other organisations rather than each organisation having it's own system and re-inventing the wheel

When I was at uni, we always used to called it prac. @Oaktree When I moved to Melb, I had to remember to use the word placement. I wonder if it's different in different states? @ArraDreaming
