Re: Hi

Hey @ArraDreaming,

I can hear the wind has been so strong and tough to cope with today. Although no one can control the weather, we can explore ways to manage how it affects our wellbeing. I wonder how would you like the community to support you today to give you some energy to manage those big feelings (e.g. feeling annoyed and frustrated)?

I have also slightly edited your comment above to keep it within the community guideline (i.e. Limit Detailed Descriptions).

I hope today would be nice and lovely for you. Take care.

Re: Hi

morninggg @ArraDreaming

the wind have been WILD for me as well. is the the SEWB appt? i know you've mentioned how overwhelming it can be having to attend those appts but at the same, you have mentioned that you and Mrs AD have had a lot on your plate lately - could be the perfect opportunity to talk it out and get more support?

also the 'hoo are you' made me giggle

Re: Hi

Yeh I hate it

Got 100001 million other things I could be doing instead and also its my day off work @rav3n idk
I know I should go though

Re: Hi

@ArraDreaming that's fair, i feel like there's always 100001 million things to do, it never ends!!

but i get the feeling you might feel heaps lighter after chatting with them. you deserve to get everything off your chest and feel understood. if you blank out about what you want to say, you can always just complain about the wind!

Re: Hi

@rav3n this is my SEWB worker appointment its not with the psych there cause I see both at the place
The SEWB helps me with more practical stuff, cultural stuff, I find the appointments with him better and easier to talk to
they are also more flexible and we have the appointments closer to home than the psych they only meet at really only one location
I was thinking a mad feed after

sometimes it just feels like I work all week and then on my day off I have to go do this stuff and its not how I want to spend my day off I want to do something with my family
What a rip off
What did I do to have to go see all these people
