Sounds like you have been doing the bulk of caring for your kids lately.
That would be tiring and possibly overwhelming.
I hope that you are looking after yourself too.

I can’t, your right
Which is why I try to run or skate but Mrs Arra is home with the kids while I work all day so to give her space I take them with me
But yeah, I’m tired @Oaktree
