@SmilingGecko Only problem is to find a suitable will execetor I can trust. Might leave most of my money to charities and political groups I support. I used to teach Uni. Politics so support several groups. Not sure all my friends will outlive me. But there are some possibles - have to think hard about it. My super if I don’t spend most of it will have to go to my sister as there are no other relatives I’m in touch with in Australia that they would pay out to. I’ll just have to spend it yay why not? I have quite a lot. Hoping to visit friends in other countries again at least once more and other countries I’d like to visit. I have a unit that I own too to be dealt with too. I will see how things go with my sister before changing my will. See if she cuts me out of her will. We shall see. Did my Spanish lessons watered some indoor plants as well. Going to do another hour on my financial mess.

super can be tricky at least at face value @GezzaP lots traps, designed that way.
have to put 'legal representative ' for binding determination. if not , super fund decides who gets it, while milking it dry and takes years
brother who thinks he is financially savvy did not realise super can be left to someone/put in estate. just needs to be in Will and with super fund.
some funds die with you too? maybe get someone to pay to marry you for the super ..lol
..just dont eat the Beef Wellington .. ha har
my 'estate' which is currently a bit under $300k is going to niece who is least likely to succeed. well she could be a model, but siblings way more motivated and well, successful.
