My parents settled in Adelaide when they came from Europe @GezzaP then they moved to Melbourne. I couldn't tolerate the heat. However I do like Adelaide compared to Melbourne. Its a much slower pace in terms of traffic. I got back in touch with an old family friend who used to work in a psychiatric institution in Adelaide. She had lots of old photos of my parents in her photo album which she shared with me. My parents died quite a long time ago. She outlived them both. It was nice to hear she travelled all over the world and lead a good life. She had her share of tragedy though. Would have liked to have caught up with her again. Dont know if shes still alive or not

The traffic has got worse in Adelaide but agree not as bad as Melbourne @SmilingGecko My parents have been passed for a while too. Hope your day has been ok. I’ll be going to bed early tonight after my near all nighter.

@GezzaP I have only been to Adelaide several times in my life. Someone I knew from the pandemic moved from Adelaide to Melbourne and both her and her husband regretted it. I'm having an early night me thinks. Is your mania going or have you tried to kind of wing it? Once it takes hold there isnt much you can do about it. Dont know what to say. Hope you will be allright and not too edgy and as and high as a kite.

Dr didnt say much. need less thyroid meds, but need to take a new one as well

I had forgotten, this dr goes to my town, just not for first visits, so wont have to do that trip again, ha
