@GezzaP hope the mammogram went ok. Always good to know where you can get cheap food. I'm just at the shops so it's very loud, busy and overwhelming here. Hope you enjoy a bit of a rest ❤️

@GezzaP I'm due for something like that. Might book in for thermospectography I think its called. Its like a mammogram. Have been putting it off.

Going direct with farmers is a lot cheaper. The govt is putting in legislation to stop price gouging finally so maybe we might see the cost of grocery coming down.

But getting cheap food is good, thats nice of him to show you cheap places. I used to go to NQR and Aldi. Aldi has paired with Doordash and they do home delivery now. Same with Costco. NQR isn't really all that cheap

I think I might have an afternoon nap then toss out kitchen scraps into compost.

I hate busy shops @MissGremlin . I always go super early. Xmas time is the worst.

@GezzaP NQR is only in Victoria did not know about Costco. I checked out Aldis home delivery you just go to their page and click on delivery and you get taken to a Doordash page and you click on Aldi and it has all their products.

@TAB I'm behind the 8-ball a bit here. Hope the appointment went as planned and all is good in Tabbyland. How's the ginge going? Is he still acting like he's the king of the jungle despite being nutless now?!

Not much happening in my patch of the 'Vegas. I am tired of waking up tired, the heat really does a number on me! You'd think after all these years of living in Perth I'd be used to it but no.

@ENKELI I'm glad to have you back on SANE again lovely woman xxoo Nothing much happening here. Just back from my walk and will go flake out somewhere. I did invest in a rebounder. Got it second hand near new. Its a great rebounder. It has done me a lot of good. I do my morning routine then go and jump on my rebounder. My skin is soft, hydrated and I'm sleeping deeply. I dont know if people actually acclimatise to hot weather especially on psych meds. Melbourne weather isn't too bad but its when we get a heatwave its unbearable. But you guys are a little closer to the equator. I went to Darwin once - got the shock of my life lol

I hate humidity @SmilingGecko . Adelaide is as dry as a camel’s a…! Can be very hot here and is going to be later this week. Early night for me tonight totally exhausted. Having crackers for dinner - went out for lunch.
