Of course @GezzaP,
I like to self-care plan by focusing on my senses. For example:
Listening to music, singing or talking things out, dancing or pilates, watching a comfort TV show, resting or meditating, or eating something yummy!
I turn to self-care planning when I notice I feel tired, flat, or overwhelmed.
What could be on your list? 🫶

@AuntGlow I’m too unfit for dancing or pilates (I smoke). I don’t need to eat anymore comfort food I have menopause belly. I walk if it’s cool. I hate the heat. I garden if it’s cool. But most of my seeds have failed this year. I fall asleep if I try to meditate. I have to set an alarm, or else I don’t sleep at night. I’m a worrier and I get overwhelmed easily. I know I’m difficult but I’m unable to relax when I’ve got something on my mind. I’m ok in the early morning if I’m not manic which is why I go to bed early. I’ve been a morning person for years. I’m too tired now. Talk tomorrow.

Dear @Appleblossom
@so I think upon reflection I will always get this overwhelming panic attacks that no one listens to me but I’m realising I manipulate the situation.
so who do I do against?
my husband. He is trying to understand an angry rock. For 3-4 weeks I got in my head I really need to move. So I made appointments, called this person or that, I felt no one understands me, took my husband to an appointment, I got it all sorted. I chose the home I want built :
miraresidential.com.au
but naturally I can’t. It’s not a joint decision, I’m exhausted, it’s too much. I’m realising this : these are situations where it’s a mood swing : it’s a head injury time. It’s just a normal women’s time. But the fury ……..
Jeepers.
