My Bupa delivery app for buying meds isnt working so rang chemist and they will deliver for a fee tomorrow! I can get out to the library maybe Friday to update card or after my meds are delivered.

Thanks @StuF still walking! The rebounder has drained my lymph and I have more energy than before. I looked up how long it takes to drain lymph and it said 3 days. Will keep rebounding it goes much deeper than dry skin brushing ive noticed

@TAB Are you ok? haven’t heard from you today. I’m ok now. Was stressed this morning but it was overcast and cool nice walk this morning. Warm now will probably put air on again tonight if there’s no breeze and it doesn’t cool down.

Oh so hot! @TAB It’s already too warm for me 30. Have no tolerance for heat these days. Going to be hot next couple of days. I try not to nap in the day anymore so I sleep at night. Love the early mornings when it’s cooler. Will put air on tonight if there’s no gully breeze coming in to bedroom.

Hey @GezzaP hope you enjoy your evening tonight. Having on and off issues with internet connection and modem. Did an hour of troubleshooting with nice lady on the phone and it still wouldn't work. Switched on my computer its now working lol Got modem coming in the mail and will have a techie come out to hook it all up again. My modem is really old. I get the impression from the consultant on the phone that people replace modems every few years
