@TAB Good to hear from you. Physio was an exercise class right? I’m too embarassed and shy to go to classes. I exercise at home although not today.

I went to Spanish classes but I have completed all the levels and it was expensive. I like most of the program I’m using just got frustrated with it today. Also my friend gave me cheap access to his access. It’s expensive.

Oh circuits @TAB . My Argentine friend goes to something like that. She is older than me, but doesn’t have a mental illness. She did write a mini-story about bipolar though. She asked me about it before writing the story.
