No good @TAB maybe once youre done with physio you can have a sense of continuity and accomplishment even if your body is not feeling great. That is what i do! Take care tabby

Hope youre resting up now @TAB I received my black foods in the post. Looking forward to including it as part of my regimen. Was hoping to go for a bit of a walk later. I've been using anti EMF/5G devices in the house and wearing them and its making a huge difference. We are really swimming in an EMF soup!!! Makes you wonder

Hope physio went ok @TAB . I got up late today. Slept for over 10 hours! Obviously needed it. So all chores were done late today and I didn’t do exercises or water any indoor plants. Will have to do tomorrow. Spanish lessons frustrating today lots of verb tense changes and lots of new words. Will try again to progress. The online program doesn’t deal with an Aussie accent or Mexican Spanish very well ha ha!

@TAB Are you ok today? Haven’t heard from you. I’ve been silent because everything was done late because I slept late. Walked late so got quite hot. Puss wants to go out but I’m not going to let her out anymore today. She’s been outside all day.
