Yes I expect so @SmilingGecko . I’m thinking of cooking a roast and I already bought a pudding. I’ll make custard.
I don’t expect to hear from my sister as she ignored my birthday yesterday. I will send her birthday wishes but not expecting an answer.

@TAB
I heard a long time ago that just 10 minutes in the sun (especially in Aust) is enough for Vitamin D...
No idea how accurate that is, but I guess the take away is that it doesn't take much
Parking is a Pain in the A...just adds more stress that is definitely not needed

@StuF I will give christmas cake v.2.0 a go. Saw a man I follow online with diabetes and whenever its his birthday he will slice the cake for others but not eat it himself. Christmas is a bit like that too. You can't indulge with diabetes and with gluten you have to avoid so many things containing gluten

I'm the same with my brother @GezzaP I had to learn to let go as he was no good for my wellbeing. I do care but he's off chasing after rainbows so that does not include a disabled sibling.

My sister doesn’t care for my mental illness it is inconvenient for her. She is selfish and a bully. @SmilingGecko My psycho says I should disconnect but she can be nice if she’s in the right mood. I miss her.

@GezzaP unfortunately siblings of the MI are the worst generally speaking. Some families it might work out but in most instances it doesn't.
