Hello @StuF nearly got all my christmas food organised. Last year I made an AI Christmas cake because I could not eat anything with the ingredients that were listed in a standard cake. Had to buy my oat flour from overseas this year as its the only place its gluten free. The AI Christmas cake fell apart while I was eating it last year. It was made from almond flour so ok for diabetics. Geez I dunno. Christmas food is a minefield for us folks! lol
