Do you set up alarms or have a diary where you can write down appointments? I'm terrible at remembering mine, usually rely on a text message from them to remind me 😂.

im just about to hook up to psychologist in telehealth for an hr in the falcon, its my second session but i think circumstances around first gave a good indication im in good hands

Got travel claim form form couple weeks ago back. Put claim in. should get $70 by Christmas , lol.

I like seeing the neighbours @TAB . I get along with all of them. Excuse delay was doing my Spanish lessons. Nodded off for 15 minutes too. Almost lunch time for me.

My bedroom gets the morning sun so I keep the roller shutter and the planter shutters closed. Same in the spare bedroom which gets sun most of the day.

Where I sit gets late afternoon and evening sun but I get a hot flush too. Watching pigeon on window sill looking for sunflower seeds that I put out for them. Haven’t yet today. Slacker. Don’t use air conditioner very much. Mostly late afternoon and hot nights. Not that bad down here today. Might have to put ceiling fan on tonight.

..in the falcon (?) @REDLINEZ750 .. well am too big for procedure so humiliation starts in few days with preop checks, main bugbear is no one to pick me up afterwards. I used to get brother to pick me up and drop me at hotel then drive home next day. He refused last time,plus procedure bit more intrusive than last few that didnt work,so would prefer if played by rules and had someone around over night.maybe I could find someone or airbnb or airtasker or hire a ho oker jk lol yeah worst should be over in few days. wont say what they are doing, its pretty gross. but cardiac ablation for AF.
