Things are really tough at the moment, my doctor should be ringing me any minute so hoping to get some sort of help.

I’ll be staying in too @TAB . But got to bring bin in, go to letter box and pick up parcel. Don’t like the heat. It’s ok in the shade atm. Hot in the sun as I discovered watering garden earlier.

Worries ?
- Cough had for a year nearly , had tests for really bad things then got Dr who wasn't really interested.
- Heart procedure and how am I getting out of hospital🏥 (stupid anaesthetic rules) will ring soon
- Cat has something wrong w paw should ring vets.
- Just general Worry of forgetting appts. Have like 6 in Dec.
- Yet another Christmas on my own (?) OK that's a stretch

@TAB Just checked the weather 27 degrees. I better get going before it warms up. Dont want to particularly go out but I need money to pay for my phone and get a compatible cord. Just been unblocking and getting my meridians to flow. Feeling a lot better. OK I guess I should go

Yes my shade is at front of house in mornings .unless replace front fence well not into hanging out in sight of neighbours guess @GezzaP
