Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Good Morning @GezzaP yes rainy here all night and cold out there at the moment. Thought it was going to warm up. Four seasons in a day in Melbourne! Something I want to do is get back into some yogic rejuvenation rites for ageing. I thought they were only on CD in my CD collection but must have stored it on an old computer and got it transferred onto this computer when I upgraded. You cant find this yogic rejuvenation rites anywhere on the internet as it gets passed down a lineage of practitioners. I'm looking forward incorporating it into my energy practices and growing younger.

@Bunniekins I’m going to have a mince pie for a snack later. Will have salada crackers for lunch.

Already put red bin out. Emptied one bin into it. The tradies who were here last week put rubbish in red bin so had to put out.

Have watered dry indoor plants outside - will have to bring back in soon as it’s warming up here. Watered a couple of pots that didn’t get rained on yesterday. We had stacks of rain and thunder for ages.

Feeling lazy today. Did walk up shop earlier, but didn’t shower. Was a warm walk.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

It was cold at 4am this morning @SmilingGecko . I got up at 3am but got 6 hours sleep almost which is good for recently. Will have a siesta later. Going to have a snack.

I do chair yoga for seniors for weight loss. I’ve got a book showing the poses. When my back is ok I’ll do floor yoya again. Also did physio exercises. Have to work on core and arm strength. Probably should do pilates but I find it too hard for me. My local physio does classes but they are expensive.

Wish could find another local yoga class. The last one I went to, the instructor laughed at me when I couldn’t hold a plank. I was p… oft and left.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@TAB He does cleaning and handyman jobs as well as garden. He is quick and generally does a good job.

He doesn’t always listen to what I tell him to do. He cleans up leaves I tell him to leave and puts good soil in the green bin. I get frustrated. He plants vegetables I don’t like so they go to waste or he takes them.

He failed to learn that carrots don’t grow properly unless the soil is very friable. Loose and fertile. I’m tempted to pull them out soon.
