Hello @StuF
Just relaxing for now. Cat wanted to go outside. She meows at the front door when she wants to be let out. I've done my stretching and walking. Thankyou for letting me know how stretching has worked for you. I feel really encouraged by that so here I am doing the same. Wanted to say I have heard news that health insurance is expected to go up by another 75% in countries like the USA. Got that news from Suze Orman that finance lady who I mentioned to you yesterday about the dental plans she shared with everyone. I expect that will happen here with health insurance.I have extras only. My house insurance for example has increased a lot since the pandemic and it only seems to be getting worse

Relaxing here too now @SmilingGecko 🙂
Yeah, stretching (and walking!) has definitely helped me...pity laziness re walking takes over sometimes lol!
Health insurance is pretty crazy...but you should see what my recent private hospital admission costs the insurer! Let's just say I wouldn't be doing it without the insurance cover...

@StuF Yes psych hospital admission costs over a thousand per day. I've been lucky to avoid hospitalisation for over 20 years. I have always wondered whether to go back to private insurance, I could do it. I used to be with HBA when I was first diagnosed with MI. ED in public hospitals is just chock full these days when you can be seen virtually straight away with a private hospital.
@TAB try and relax your back and get into a position where you can limit the pain. That is what I do. I don't know about your back but the pain on an ongoing daily basis can be a bit much to bear. I hope you can find some comfort this afternoon and that you are able to manage your pain to whatever degree is bearable

Yeah @SmilingGecko
My experience of public mental health doesn't exactly make me want to go back! (Mind you, that was long ago now)
God knows what happens in places like the USA...public health in general is massively underfunded here (for a wealthy country like ours)...must be scary over there!
