She says he was a sociopath and going by memory she is an advocate for those stuck in narcissistic/sociopathic romantic relationships now. sometimes it tries to sendthings more than once and says'flooding'' if change even 1 character it will not do that. the reason that happens is that msg has been sent already

@TAB just back from my 30 minute walk will try a different route tomorrow. I like catching a bus to a man made lake and walking along an undulating pathway. Theres a national park near me the only problem is its hard to get to without a car and theres no direct bus shuttle as yet. Meowmy is right about DSP it can be limiting and reduce your social life as you can't participate in lifestyles. You end up losing friends if anything. I had a disabled friend and our friendship lasted over 20 years and it was based on genuine sentiment, sharing and growing together as people. I never had that regard from people outside that socioeconomic

Hey @REDLINEZ750 yes I have to walk again my GP needs me to trim down. I just checked the local national park, I'm looking forward to walking there as often as I can as there is now transportation. It should make my fitness goals realizable as well as enjoyable. I'm tired of walking in my neighborhood. You can only go round in circles for a year or more in localised areas and feel the boredom set in. I would much prefer walk in a botanic park.
