I was going to just light some rubbish in potbelly, but threw some wood on. also had radiator in kitchen going for a while this morning. Gym was good. Physio gave me exercises for sore spots from the other week, then did upper body ; went a bit silly w dumbell press at end. If I dont feel that, will be very surprised. Had nice chat w physio which went from me standing in door to both of us in the carpark. they prob couldnt work out how to get rid of me lol, although they were doing it as well.

Its a nice start to the day @ENKELI but its really raining out there right now. Got a free credit on Audible and reading a book about finance this afternoon

@SmilingGecko a perfect way to spend a rainy day. It's going to be 37 here in the valley of swans. I have a GP appointment at 11.40 and the aircon in my car has stopped working. I think I'll give up eating for a couple of weeks so I can afford to get it fixed lol! (just kidding everyone xo)

Painter has got some crap radio on and I can’t hear my program. But he is faster today. Just started 2nd coat. He’s scrapping something atm by the sounds of it unless that’s just his crap radio. Tempted to turn my radio up but no point.

Having some lollies. Just farted oops! Got an upset gut today. Too much junk food.
