I had to pay half at the start @TAB and half 48 hours before installation was due not yesterday when they didn’t show up when supposer to, but last Thursday when they only sent one guy who couldn’t do it because windows too high for one bloke to do. Not happy. Will write a formal complaint if not done tomorrow as per consumer affairs Ombudsman’s advice. Have asked for a discount for all the stuff ups. Two electricians came Tuesday last week and put in wires for remote control.
