@TAB if youre benefiting from therapy then that is good. You will know if the therapist is a good fit for you. Both my in-laws were psychologists plus biological sister was a psychologist who I only met a few times. Lawnmower man did not get here today due to a backlog of jobs caused by rain. He will be here next week.

I’m fine thanks @Bunniekins . My gardener/cleaner/handyman came today. We picked up a couple of parcels then he sanded back some plastering that he did Tuesday and added a bit more plaster. He then cleaned up. He will sand it back before painter comes tomorrow. He opened a tree that I got in the post and watered it. Then he crushed some cardboard boxes. Then we moved a passionfruit vine from the front to the back garden. We had a drink. So he’s coming back tomorrow when I’m having roller shutters put on a door and 3 windows and am having some painting done. The unit will be full of tradies yuck. I will be anxious. Hope I sleep ok.
How has your day been? Not doing much I gather.
