@TAB Thats a huge income but I bet its lots of stress and anxiety and mind numbing labor. I don't envy people having to do that kind of work. I did a bit of IT in my degree and know how deadening it can be. I respect the hard work that goes into it and wouldn't want that kind of day-to-day life. Heard of some kamakaze incidents of people dying at their desks and saw one man I use used know from uni walking around supermarket looking pasty and sick from the person I remembered him to be. Also saw people doing certifications going grey overnight. Its hard on the people involved and hard on marriages. You really wouldn't want it.

Hello @GezzaP just did an aura restoration healing and energy clearing. Feeling more myself again. May go off and do some chakra balancing, hara alignment, assemblage point shifting then qigong. I always feel better afterwards. Will check out the magazine you suggested again. But for now feeling good.

@SmilingGecko Glad all that stuff works for you. I’m too much the former academic for that stuff, but recently had Chinese acupuncture and massage for my back and neck and it worked a treat. Also going to chiro and doing physio exercises and chair yoga. The exercises and yoga feel good. My neck was bad yesterday had to take painkillers as it gave me a headache. A bit better today. Glad to hear you are feeling good:

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@GezzaP do you do chinese acupuncture at a traditional chinese medical clinic? I don't go anymore except to a GP that bulk bills acupuncture. Just about every GP clinic in my area (and I'm semi regional) bulk bills acupuncture which makes it accessible. I haven't gone in over a year now since the clinic was having building extensions. I need to go back. I love what acupuncture does for me. The place I used to go to was by the sea but its almost impossible to get out that way due to buses not connecting well. So I just go to a GP to get acupuncture now
