Yes, it went away @TAB I was still using a blood laser as well as new health protocols. Haven't had neuropathy in a long time thankfully. Tried to dig out my gingerbread xmas cake recipe and I think I threw it together using A.I. It was my A.I. xmas cake as I couldnt do any of the other recipes online. It was a bit crumbly going by memory because of the almond flour!!! lolz I may try a better version this year, it was no egg, no gluten and low carb eeeks

It was an A.I. going into psychosis recipe @TAB It was only to be eaten by me but good for a laugh here on SANE. I'm going to try something more adventurous this year and see how it goes. Looking forward to xmas.

Thats a good post @StuF years ago my ex-sister-in-law said she did not consider herself important enough to own a mobile phone. When they were first introduced on the market many people thought that way. Now they are an essential aspect of life.
Just been to doctor she suggested pain meds and anti inflammatories plus stretching to strengthen my lower back. @TAB the pain is less today. It may go away who knows

social media has a lot to answer for @StuF
Got everything @Drs , was over cheery woman was around when Iwas in hosp .she must have graduated/qualified, as on her own now.
also got like 4 scripts and new medicare card was in PO Box.
Somehow conv went to me passing out years ago, hence swallow test.
She was very thorough and helpful. might have a new GP, well at least another option. she doesnt come and go like dude had been seeing for cough.
..unless I misunderstood, sounds like I have goitre on half of thyroid thats left .. ffs
So,good that got things done, bit scary and depressing re health though.

Did she give you stretches to do @SmilingGecko ?
My back is much better if I do my basic stretches each day
And my work helps - I was worried it might have a negative effect, but if I lift properly and so on I've found it has been a benefit...not that I'm suggesting you carry boxes of books around!

So good that you got your list ticked off @TAB !
At least you'll have DES off your back for a while?
Hope the tests give more answers...
