@TAB I think I baked a ginger xmas cake out of almond flour and no eggs last time - it was really nice. I must dig up the recipe. It should be somewhere on my computer, the ginger and clove made it extra festive. Will do it again this xmas and create dips and have vegan cheese on a platter, plus DASH flavoured mineral water which is great for diabetics. You just have to think outside the box a bit.
Sorry to hear about the tingling and numbness in your legs and feet. I used to have that but my diabetes has been under control for a while so no neuropathy. You would think they would send you to a podiatrist to check your feet. They use a machine to sense what is going on in your feet and encourage you to take care of them avoiding cuts with toenails, tinea etc. Is there anything you can do tabby? GP's are the gatekeepers to specialists and it can be frustrating when they give patients a flat out refusal.
Wow you have an online interview tomorrow. Good luck with that. It would be nice if you got work!
I got to get ready for GP, hopefully she can offer me something today.

Does your GP do longer consults at all @TAB ?
I know mine will let me book longer for more things...dunno if maybe they charge for it though
So does that mean you Will see this (new?) psych then?
