@Bunniekins yeah I'm on 8 different meds, one is HRT so at least I know that's not forever. Getting old sucks!

@Glisten I don't know what went on with your friends putting you up in that A-frame. I will keep praying that you find a new place to live in that suits you to a T Glisten. I'm sorry this has happened to you. You deserve better and don't need that kind of thing in your life right now after everything youve been through allready

@StuF Its only 18 degrees here but warm. Well I've gone for a brisk walk. Walking vigorously compared to when I first started. It comes easy now after all that detox I've done over the past 10 months or so. Will rest for now then get around to cooking dinner eventually. Hoping to trim down even more over the next few months and get back to where I was a year or so ago with diabetes educator. It was all too much back then. She really pushed me hard. I don't know how I got to where I was but it was an uphill struggle. Doing better these days, it comes easily. Going to rest and recover now. Talk later!
