@TAB If I don't take my meds it makes me feel weird but not in a mental illness kind of way, just that my body needs the medicine thats all and notices when I don't take it. Just put a load of washing through and am about to put stuff on the line then tidy up the laundry. I bought a preloved summer dress off facebook marketplace several weeks ago and its now in the wash. Its really well made out of sturdy fabrics so it will last. Looking forward to wearing it all summer. I usually wear slow fashion resort wear over summer which has lasted me almost 20 years. Some frayed before others but they were really durable. I knew nothing about slow fashion back then but the garments were as tough as anything and the dyes hardly faded

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Yeah @TAB just put clothes on the line. I noticed this dress is tuff after being washed must have something to do with the fabric but no doubt washing would weaken fabrics. Its 31 degrees out there today it will dry. Closed curtains in house. Looks like the weather is mild for the rest of the week. Just one hot day. Just got my gas bill - blerk. So glad I got the jasmine vine cut back as there was another bee in my garden. No swarms thank god. Will get roof gutters done soon. Hope the day picks up for you after gym

@StuF Good Morning. Its hot and windy out there today in Melbourne. Don't think I'll be walking in this extreme heat outside. Have you got group today or is that Tuesday?

Hiya @SmilingGecko

Fair enough re walking. Think I missed this morning's walking window

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Busy day with back to back appointments @StuF. Hope things go well for you with both clinicians today! Do you have to go far to travel or are they reasonably local? I was with the public system for many years and generally had good workers. I was in the private system for a few years then went 10 years without seeing anyone. My psychological and mental health has been good so far can't complain.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Thanks @SmilingGecko

Psychologist is just on the phone (he never went back to in-person consults post covid)

Psychiatrist is a short drive away.

All good. Makes it a long day when I do both but Thursdays are my best 'free' days from work etc

Sounds like you've done well 🙂
