.. I blabbed out like a leaky tank @ENKELI told them anything and everything. They a big tall South African woman who listens very well and has a flirt and swear button that she used near the end.Seems intuitive/empathatic. has vaguely offered meds for anxiety already, which she picked up on, but not a dr,so not sure how that might happen
Right back at start they mentioned some therapy acronym, but long gone by time I left
I lterally talked for a hour without much interuption. seeing them again in 2 weeks
Thanks for asking

I went for many years without a television myself, @SmilingGecko. I felt I needed a break after having many/most? of my perceptions shaped by it since early childhood. I needed to reprogram myself. I find there's not much on of interest much of the time, but I enjoy the 'company' sometimes. It can be educational but, of course, so can the internet. I just don't like watching things on a small screen all the time.

Relationships are a minefield, @PeppyPatti. Can't say I understand how to make them work. I wish I did.

@ENKELI whatever happens I hope it will work out for you. I know how you feel being a burden on the government. My friend who was heavily disabled used to say the same thing. Neither of us liked it but we tried to put value back into our respective communities. I think thats all anyone can do really. There are people out there who are employed and do continued and ongoing damage to their families and wider society and they are everywhere.

I wouldn't even know whats involved with connecting a flat screen @Historylover I just had a small tacky plasma TV which stopped working. Yes youre right its good to decondition yourself from TV! I'm so glad I dont watch it anymore or listen to radio either. If I'm at a doctors etc I see it there and think how glad I was ditching TV/radio for good. Its a wonderful feeling getting to choose what goes in between your ears.

Good Morning @TAB looks like its going to be one of those days. I forgot to take my mad meds last night and feeling withdrawal symptoms this morning YUK! Oh well the lawn is mowed, will put some washing on the line. Haven't checked weather, but its been warming up lately. Will put another load of washing through and go for another walk later this afternoon. Dont overdo it at gym tabby
