I hear you with your health challenges @TAB. For what you have to put up with you cope really well and have an enormous amount of dignity! I'm going back to we!ghtl0ss audios may be able to trim down again like lots of others who've done it. I dont think I should be walking for now until my back settles.

Hey peoples, work was pretty good. New guy is great...not sure how many days he's helping me. He doesn't know either. Anyway, for him and my boss to sort out.

@StuF how was work today for you? I hope things were ok with you and the new employee. Woke up feeling great then back went into spasm and its been painful all day. Seeing GP and chiro soon. Couldn't see GP tomorrow as we are having a planned outage so will see her Wednesday when the power is back on again.

Work was pretty good. I like the new guy...but not sure (both he and I) how many days he's with me. Guess that's something for managers to work out. But from my perspective he's a great fit 🙂
