I intended to do my washing today but my plans went awry @TAB Just doing the Toltec art of Recapituation. Feeling like I have more energy now that I've retrieved emotional fragments from past traumas.

@SmilingGecko Hello I did say good morning this morning. Have been organising an early lunch and watching my footy team win today so haven’t been online since this morning. I’m ok. Checked meter and as best I can tell I have a smart meter. So I have to look into changing my electricity plan to one for a battery. Had a bit of a look at plans this morning but found it all a bit confusing. Will keep looking into it. Hope you are well and get this post.

@SmilingGecko I slept well about 8 hours without a trip to the loo. I went to bed early so saw soccer this morning Aussies lost as I expected they probably would. My mood is ok. Your lunch sounds nice. I really like Brussel sprouts. For a while I ate a lot of them.
