Thats no good @StuF I'm so sorry you have to put up with that, it must be so hard on you. I hope you will be allright. Thats really awful YUK! You poor thing.

I always worry about contracting a cold/flu because I'm an at risk person with high bp and diabetes so I use my Air Tamer in public places to zap bugs before I inhale them. Bought it on Amazon. I wear it like a necklace. It is an ionizing device. Read reports that people in aeroplane cabins dont come down with anything wearing them.

I also use Rife for colds and flu off youtube if I feel like I am coming down with something it knocks out tickle in the throat within 20-40 minutes of listening to Rife frequencies and I'm done.

Its great for when youre living alone and you can avoid the inconvenience of being sick.

Its going to be a difficult flu season based on whats been going on overseas during their winter. Lots of people winding up in hospital based on reports I saw coming from the USA

It's 'just' a cold. As in, nothing like a proper flu. But yes, annoying.

I get a flu shot each year - I get it for free - so flu is something I am wary of, but I tend to not think too much about it, beyond taking some extra precautions at this time of year, like masks on public transport etc

@StuF Yes its disconcerting when a cough just keeps lingering around with no apparent end in sight. Hopefully you will be back on deck soon! I really feel for you. About 10 years ago I came down with a virus and the cough lasted several months and the cough mixture just didnt work. It can be really horrible having to put up with something like that.

@GezzaP I'm going off to cook some lunch. Having roast pumpkin, brussel sprout, apple and quinoa warmed salad with honey mustard dressing. Easy to make
