@SmilingGecko yes it was agonizing for awhile i could barely move and then my mental health nurse suggested a common pain reliever you can get from behind the counter at the chemist and it works like a charm. you can use it continually for the rest of your life it is perfectly safe pain all gone now i just have to lose the weight (easier said then done).
